“Systemen moeten vaak presteren onder grotere belasting en hogere temperaturen dan voorheen, waardoor de hydrauliek-olie onder druk komt te staan. Daarom hebben we een nieuwe formule ontwikkeld die nog betere resultaten levert dan voorgaande producten,” vertelt Jörg Spanke, Technisch Manager Shell Lubricants Noord-West Europa.

De levensduur van de twee nieuwe producten verlengt de gebruikelijke eisen die zowel de industrie als OEM’s stellen. Bovendien bieden Tellus S2 MX en Tellus S2 VX een verbeterde filtreerbaarheid, zelfs onder vochtige omstandigheden. Hierdoor neemt de kans op verstopping van het filter af, wat weer kan leiden tot storing van de apparatuur. Dit heeft tot gevolg dat gebruikers het meest uit hun hydraulische systemen halen. Want:

  • De productiviteit neemt toe door een langere onderhoudscyclus
  • Onderhouds – en operationele kosten worden verminderd
  • Dit leidt tot een efficiëntere werking

De nieuwe Shell Tellus S2 MX (voor vaste systemen) is de eerste hydrauliek-olie die aan de vernieuwde standaard vanuit de industrie voldoet. Zo bevat het een uitstekende bescherming tegen slijtage, zelfs onder de meest extreme omstandigheden.

Shell Tellus S2 VX is vooral geschikt voor mobiele hydraulische systemen. Een hoge viscositeitsindex garandeert een optimale werking over een breed scala van bedrijfs-temperaturen.

“Bij het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van onze smeermiddelen, is het altijd ons doel om onze klanten te helpen bij het verlagen van hun algehele bedrijfskosten. De kwaliteit en conditie van hydrauliek-olie heeft direct invloed op de werking van het systeem,” legt Jörg Spanke uit. Daarom ligt onze focus niet alleen op de ontwikkeling van nieuwe, kwalitatief hoogwaardige smeermiddelen, maar ook op het helpen van onze klanten om de smeermiddelen goed te gebruiken. Dat is immers de basis voor een optimale werking.

Shell Tellus S2 MX en Shell Tellus S2 VX komen overeen met zowel eerder verschenen Shell Tellus hydrauliek-olie als andere hydrauliek-oliën die op mineralen zijn gebaseerd. Dit maakt het

voor gebruikers erg eenvoudig om in hun hydraulische systemen voordeel te ondervinden van deze nieuwe formule.
